Catering
If you request in-house catering, our food services team is ready and able to accommodate your group’s need. We offer simple choices such as coffee and tea for 10 people and are able to meet the palatable needs of larger groups (120 plus) who request veggie and fruit platters, assorted sandwiches, refreshments and desserts.
Catering Items Include The Following:
Sandwiches: (White or brown)
Roast beef, Smoked turkey with cranberry, Ham & cheese, Tuna, Salmon salad, Crab salad with cucumber, Vegetarian (avocado, tomato, peppers, greens)
Special request to have the following types of breads: Croissants, rye, multigrain etc, assorted bagels
Desserts / Cookies:
Muffin
Cookie
Cake (slice)
Pie (slice)
Assorted desserts (squares: brownies, carrot, pumpkin, fudge, pies, Nanaimo bars, etc,
Tray / Platters: (Please note: price may vary due to market prices)
Fruit tray (small, medium, large)
Veggie tray (small, medium, large)
Green Salad (small, medium, large)
Refreshments: (Coffee, Tea, Juice, Pop, bottled Water)
Specialty Items May Include:
Pizza (6")
Aptzr Sausage Rolls
Aptzr Asst Spirals.
Aptzr Asst Party Pak.
Aptzr Egg rolls Pork and Veg.
Aptzr Quiche
Additional food item requests may be submitted and product availability and prices may be subject to seasonal fluctuations.
Please note:
1. All catering requests must be submitted in writing, 5 business days prior to the event.
2. The written request must be submitted to the Director of Operations and/or to the Food Service Coordinator in his/her absence. In an effort to secure your catering request,it would be beneficial,if all requests were actually hand delivered to one of the aforementioned staff persons. However,catering requests may be made by email to: nstark@411seniors.bc.ca
3. The written request must be followed, in a timely fashion, by verbal consultation with the Director of Operations.This is to ensure that the catering request:
a) has been seen, heard / identified and/or
b) is indeed possible (no other major events are planned for the day, equipment is available, volunteers are available, etc...)
